- Emailed me threatening to have me re-arrested and deported if I missed another phone call or otherwise violated my "Acknowledgment of Conditions".  Arranged for my deportation along with the Village of Pemberton and their RCMP.

• Gary Fei - Often spoke to him via email and possibly on the phone regarding my case or to check in weekly/monthly.

-Likely the short, chubby Asian male who helped kidnap and escort me across the U.S. border, with the assistance of RCMP officer Papp.

• Jolene Grant - "Minister's Delegate" for CIC or CSIS ??  Badge # 10654

-The stern-looking and aggressive female "authorized officer" that imposed my "Acknowledgment of Conditions" (see below) after coercing me, thrice denying me access to counsel and the US Consulate, interrogating me, threatening me, and violating other rights as well.  She looked, dressed and acted like an Israeli soldier or Intelligence Officer. Although she tried hard to be a masculine "alpha", her intimidation tactic also included wearing a very tight black blouse over large "enhanced" breasts. She seemed to be daring me to look at them as she and her 'witness' stared me down. I was quite literally half-conscious, dizzy, nauseated & in horrible pain... so, I wasn't impressed or intimidated by either of them or the nearby and glaring mall-cop guards.

• Scott Fraser (signatory "witness" with Jolene Grant) - another skinhead white male with a goatee, sat speechless and glaring at me during my interrogation.

PRE-REMOVAL RISK ASSESSMENT & FAKE DEPORTATION ORDER ++

Genesis Security Employees:

• Danica Bua - White female Genesis Security Driver/Guard driving an unmarked 2006 Chevy Express Van (they claim the color is green, although I remember it as very dark blue).  BC license plate 0929 FN

-She handcuffed my wrists in the front and shackled my legs at the ankles after frisking me and hitting one of my testicles with her hand.  I was placed in the rear cage of an unmarked dark van, without any restraints or other way of preventing a fall or injury.  While transporting me to Genesis Security's Vancouver Airport facilities, I was knocked unconscious and had other injuries due to reckless driving and a sudden and very hard stop of the vehicle at a stop light in Squamish, BC.  I was taken to Squamish General Hospital for observation and "treatment." Female doctor and hospital staff were disgusted by Genesis Security's militant behavior and lack of human decency.

• Mr. Herr – Older gray-haired male Genesis Security Driver/Guard driving (relief driver) the same van unmarked 2006 Chevy Express Van.  BC license plate # (he had his own van, plate# unknown for now)
  

- This guy was a real arrogant and rude jackass who refused to let me urinate without him watching me directly, in spite of the fact that my wrists remained cuffed in front and with shackled legs.  I declined, putting me in further pain and discomfort for several hours. I informed the hospital staff of what he was doing.

• Arthur CHIANG - Asian Male Genesis Security Driver/Guard driving an unmarked 2003 Chevy Astro (teal).  BC license plate 511 JGD

- On the morning of 02 August 2011, I was transported from Vancouver City Jail to the CBSA offices at 700 - 300 West Georgia, Vancouver, BC.  I was handcuffed in the front and shackled at the feet.  I was placed in the rear of the van, without any restraints or other way of preventing a fall or injury.  Mr. CHIANG drove very recklessly at high rates of speed, stopping hard at traffic stops and then accelerating away just as fast.  At one traffic stop, he claims there was a yellow light, causing him to SLAM on his brakes, squealing the tires and, ONCE AGAIN, sending my body forwardly airborne into a steel mesh wall divider.
Mr. CHIANG failed to stop to see if I was injured (I was), and failed to seek medical assistance for me. He called in to Genesis dispatch and said something like "He did it again!" This pompous punk had them get a wheelchair ready for me when I arrived at their dark internal parking facility (not sure what floor level). This place looked like something right out of "Deep Throat" story. Dark, cold, very clean, completely void of people. I was picked up off the floor of the van, where I lay injured and in pain.

-  Genesis also failed to report any of these TWO "accidents" to their insurance company or the police.  They also never apologized to me or offered help with my medical expenses or future care.

Vancouver Jail Personnel:

• S/Cst. Wayne Bergunder – Vancouver Jail Supervisor

-According to the "Final Investigation Report", he was the person who "authorized" my strip-search at the Vancouver Jail.  He was caught making false statements (lies) on official reports/statements and during investigative interviews (criminal?).  This bastard even went so far as to claim that I was "acting up" after my perverse and unlawful strip-search, so they had to put me in a "Mental Disorder Observation" (MDO) cell for an "unknown" amount of time (no logs or video, of course).  The VPD claims he was already working at the jail with another employer when VPD took over the jail, so he was "grandfathered" into the VPD without the proper training.  His career should be headed for the toilet real soon unless they "retire" him.

• Brennan Lowrie - Skinny white male (~7′-0″ tall jerk) who ordered me, under duress ("We can do this the easy way, or the hard way."), to strip naked, throw my expensive clothes on the urine soaked floor, bend over, spread my butt cheeks, turn around, lift my testicles and then to get dressed again.  I had just been released from the hospital after suffering from a concussion, spine and neck soft-tissue damage, bruised muscles/bones, and a large open/bandaged wound on my right wrist. I was also in shock, traumatized, in horrible pain, and disgusted with these barbaric animals treating me like a "terrorist". Brennan was the official "conductor".  This guy was a sick and twisted psychopath!!!  He was truly "getting off" on stripping naked and humiliating men.  After my strip-search, he walked past me down the hall and proudly yelled to other staff that "I LOVE MY JOB" and repeatedly said "Bring me another body!" as he snapped his rubber gloves.  He was dressed like and looked like a militant soldier.  Perhaps he has a lot of pent-up rage inside over his failure as an amateur boxer (Olympic contender).

• David Stewart - The assistant.  Second white male “observer” (effeminate looking with bleached blonde spiky hair) who watched me bend over naked, giggled, and then smiled at me (creepy sexual look).  He was not sworn in as an officer with the VPD until September 22nd of 2011, almost two months AFTER he "assisted" with my strip-search... why was he there???  He had only recently graduated from the police academy, where his MOTHER was his instructor.

• Mid-east/Indian female at counter.  Wanted my personal information for processing.  Very nice and sympathetic.

• Ron Kakooza (Burnaby)- Black male medical attendant (nurse) who took my Blood-Sugar levels and other 'vital statistics'.  Had a foreign accent (Jamaican, Haitian, African, ?).  Stated my blood-sugar level was in perfectly normal range.

• Doctor? - Older White Male in a white medical jacket who offered me Aspirin and Tylenol instead of changing my wound dressing or checking for signs of a head injury, etc.

Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner (OPCC)

• Chris Hogg (OPCC Analyst)

-Completely useless except for sending emails back and forth to OPCC.  He basically acted as an email and file transfer middleman.

• Sgt. Tony Cavezza (OPCC Investigator)

-The genius responsible for the "Final Investigation Report" below.  To sum up his brilliant report... "Cops can do no wrong, all people brought to jail MUST be dangerous, & all claims of police misconduct are always 'unsubstantiated'.  Duh, that is all!"

-Sgt. Tony Cavezza repeatedly states that S/Cst. Bergunder gave false statements regarding foreknowledge that I "might" have had access to "weapons" and/or "drugs" prior to arriving at Vancouver Jail, even though this was not even possible as you will see in the report.  Just to help Sgt. Tony Cavezza and the other morons at OPCC/VPD a little, here is an actual and appropriate ruling that applies to strip-search requirements:

In Cloutier v. Langlois 1990 CanLII 122 (SCC),1990] 1 S.C.R. 158 at p.185, the Supreme Court of Canada stated:"Whether searching for evidence or for weapons, the mere possibility that an individual may be concealing evidence or weapons upon its person is not sufficient to justify a strip search."

• White Female doctor who was seemingly compassionate (not at first, likely due to assumption of guilt based on handcuffs/shackles/etc.), professional, and concerned I may have a head/brain injury  Gave specific medical care instructions to Genesis guards, who completely ignored her orders.

• 3-4 different attending female staff.  Seemed sympathetic, except for the one who cleaned my wound - she gave me dirty looks the whole time (because of cuffs & shackles?). She had evil in her eyes based on the way she looked down on me.

-Blood Sugar was taken and stated it was in perfectly normal range.

Squamish RCMP: (still investigating)

• Cst. Paul Barzu
  

- Squamish RCMP Officer who showed up at hospital to guard me while Genesis Driver/Guard #1 moved the transport van out of the hospitals emergency lane.  He made a report that I need to get a copy of but Squamish RCMP also requires “Access To Information Act” (like the US's FOIA) request be submitted.

Pemberton RCMP: (still investigating)

• Cst. Kristian JOSOK

-Arresting officer around 1pm on August 1st of 2011.  The same officer who later coerced me, post-detainment & injury, into giving up my personal property (non-illegal items) due to the perceived threats I felt were directed against me (duress).  I had witnessed the often brutal tactics of the RCMP and they are often very aggressive and truly try to be intimidating/threatening to gain "compliance" & respect for their alleged "authority." He also told me I'd have to get an “Access To Information” request to see my file or other RCMP reports.  He personally witnessed hotel manager, Myson Effa, (while speaking to Norm Little on his cellphone and in my presence), state that I had 30 days to remove my personal belongings and my truck from the hotel property (till September 1st of 2011).

• Sgt. Eric ROCHETTE

-The RCMP officer who initially responded to my call on August 2nd, 2011.  A short, muscular, darker-skinned male with extensive tattoos all over his arms.  Sgt. ROCHETTE apparently was confused as to how I "escaped" from Immigration and was also informed by the hotel manager and owner that I was "armed and dangerous."  He and Cst. REID showed up at the hotel allegedly to act as "Peace Officers" helping to recover my stolen property, although they acted more like I was the perpetrator.  He and Cst. REID kept asking me to "just come clean" and tell them where the weapons were.  They were even sooo sweet as to help me to my truck with some of my bags (they desperately were trying to get me to open the doors, so they could search inside... NOT!).  They strongly suggested I get a few items and vacate my monthly-paid rental suite (#311), in spite of all of my personal possessions and truck still being in the hotel (tenancy).  I was never allowed back into my suite after that evening, thereby being unlawfully evicted and robbed with the aid of the local Pemberton RCMP.

• Cst. Katherine REID

-A tall, thinly built white female.  She witnessed and actually returned some of my stolen possessions she found in the hotel manager's suite - #207.  She actually told me that she believed the manager was simply "keeping things in a safe place" for me.  HA!  My belongings were very securely stored in locked bags, inside of a locked closet, in my locked suite... or, in my locked truck or locked storage lockers.  One item returned was a frozen organic chicken.  My frozen steaks and expensive wine never "reappeared", so apparently this piece of garbage (Myson) was "keeping it safe" for me in his stomach.  She also witnessed the manager and owner confess to stuffing my formerly locked truck with most of my valuable possessions from my locked suite and locked storage, then having the vehicle impounded.  She verified with the local tow company, Off-Road Towing, that the vehicle was there and stated to me that the owner, Tim Watt, was a good guy and the RCMP used his services regularly. Email from Myson Effa to Norm Little confirms that she knew the vehicle was going to be unlawfully towed the day before... and she failed to do anything. She & other Pemberton RCMP officers refused to take my report of theft, unlawful eviction, etc. (because they were all part of this set up).

• Cst. Amber SMITH

-Affectionately referred to by me as Special Agent SMITH (never met her, probably fake alias, just conversed via email).  She, along with Sgt. ROCHETTE, attempted to coerce and entrap me into meeting in a public place where they and agents from CBSA could detain me for deportation.

• Norm and Dianne Little (Scottish Rite-Rosicrucian, thieves, con-artists, morally & financially bankrupt, former employer, owners of ranch where I was a caretaker/tenant, hotel developers)
• Myson Effa (hotel manager, co-responsible for theft, unlawful impound, unlawful eviction, and more.  See previous posts.)
• John Hidi (alcoholic, Hungarian-Jewish heritage, converted to 'Christianity', morphine addict, extremely racist against Arabs and others, friends with RCMP, obeys Ruth Ann Nopper's every command.  She even convinced John and his young male "roommate" to get guns and gun-permits.  John already had a very expensive, super high-calibre sniper rifle, something an assassin would own (Austrian Steyr ??).  John spent time in German and Hungarian prisons before immigrating to Canada.  He claims he used to be a tracker-for-hire in BC for a tourist/expedition/adventure company.  He was forcefully "retired" amidst scandal from his Chief Building Inspector position with the SLRD.  Numerous people, including one of his sons, told me that John took major bribes, cars, etc. for 'looking the other way' on building permits, and even signed off on his own building permits creating a 'conflict of interest.'  John has lots of American military & Silicon Valley 'friends' who own vacation condos/cabins in Whistler ski resort -- including creepy Army Psychologist/Doctors from New Orleans/Katrina).  Also has Swedish friends at the remote/exclusive Tyax Lodge resort.  I rented a room in John's house for +/- 10 months.)
• Ruth Ann Nopper (John Hidi's ex-girlfriend/lover, daughter of a real German Nazi soldier, very wealthy, 'pure evil' according to John Hidi's children whom she helped raise.  An arrogant, obnoxious, self-righteous, holier than thou, alcoholic 'Christian'.  Sadistic sense of right/wrong, extremely racist against Arabs.  Has TOTAL control of John Hidi's life via $$$ he desperately needs.  Demanded/screamed at John to kick me to the streets because I was 'mentally unstable' and dangerous... after I told her I gave up my Christian faith, but not my belief in a "Creator".)
• Craig Ross (CR Contracting, Whistler, former employer, primary lease holder, violent temper/psychosis, withheld thousands of dollars of my earned wages for 3.5 years, with no interest or penalties paid, after threatening to have me thrown out of my rental suite by his employees and written threats of seeking my deportation, also claimed to report me to US/Canada revenue agencies for working "off-the-books" and undocumented)
• Don Lindsay (Teck Resources, Pres./CEO, I redesigned his new Whistler vacation home, worked/lived on-site as an undocumented worker/slave)
• Jeremy Gould (Vancouver Attorney, former landlord, I nearly died twice in his A-frame cabin, no permits for major design changes including removal of primary structural supports, major code violations.  He competed in a Vancouver bicycle race along side Don Lindsay - connection???)
• Jordan Sturdy, Pemberton Mayor (personally conspired with the local RCMP, CBSA, Norm Little, and possibly others to try and get me deported)

• Proof that my former "employer" and landlord (Norm Little), his hotel manager (Myson Effa), the Village of Pemberton town council including their building department and RCMP detachment, are all guilty of conspiring to get me deported and assisted CBSA in setting me up, planting bogus 'evidence', ransacking and robbing my rental suite, unlawfully towing my vehicle, unlawfully evicting me, and giving false testimony:

2. Photos and other proof that Norm and his manager Myson, went through all of my locked storage boxes, truck, and luggage looking for items to stage my private hotel suite.  They added some of my old military clothing and a few of their "illegal" items to make it look like I had a "rambo" style "grow-op" in my hotel suite (so LAME !!!).  See #4 link.
3. Norm Little and his financial adviser/partner Bill Small (Simply Business), decide to make some "easy money" to save their investment in the new condo/hotel development from going into foreclosure.  This new "cash crop" grown on Norm's 5-acre ranch (now foreclosed) would accidentally freeze before harvest, but the plants still had some "useful" purposes.  See #4 link.
4. LINK: Norm and Myson's photos, documents, and emails discussing how to get me arrested and to exaggerate how "armed and dangerous" I might be.  This could have resulted in getting me killed by a nervous/paranoid RCMP officer.
5. LINK: Norm's email with his best buddy, Pemberton's contracted/part-time building inspector (Richard Nicholas), discussing how he was working with the RCMP to get me deported.  Richard got free hotel rooms in exchange for helping Norm manage the hotel, help getting Norm building permits, and getting Norm no-bid or low-bid government construction projects with the Village.

• Proof that another former "employer", landlord, and "friend" set out to "get even" and get me deported once I tired of their theft, abuse, and rights violations.  This little story is about Craig Ross, brother-in-law of Don Lindsay (CEO of Teck Resources, Vancouver).  Craig, a major stoner dude, was lucky enough to have married a rich guys sister, because Don let him build his new super-luxurious, world-class, Whistler Mountain ski resort vacation home (next door to his other one).  I was hired to completely re-design Don's new vacation home.  These guys all loved me as long as I allowed them to rip me off, underpay me, make excuses for not paying me, etc.  When I protested or quit working for them, they "went for the jugular."

1. Teck Resources mining executives have given at least $100,000 to a corrupt criminal network like the Vancouver Police Department, yet they treated their "architect" like a stray dog.  Parasitic mining corporations have been one of my major targets for investigation into environmental crimes and human-rights violations.  And of course, I re-designed Don's new vacation home.

• G-Force Group - Business, Real Estate, and Loan Recovery Solutions.  Located in Vancouver, BC.  Designated as the Bankruptcy Receiver for Pemberton Gateway Village Suites (Condo/Hotel/Retail project built by Norm Little - Portage Trail Properties Limited).  Interestingly, G-Force Group has connections to the Mining Industry.  Here is a link, where you can see the real estate listing for the "hotel" they are now trying to sell for 7.5 million dollars.
